Accountant

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to summarize and forecast financial status
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported and in compliance with local regulations
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and ensure financial goals are met
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Meet financial accounting objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

• Proven working experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role, with a minimum of [X years] experience
