*Responsibilities:*

Maintain accurate records of inventory for school and office supplies

which includes ordering, receiving, and allocating.

Create a sign-in/out system for all inventory assigned to staff.
Sign teacher’s “End of Year” closeout forms to check all

technologies and school resources in the possession of teachers and
academic staff.

Prepare and type annual inventory reports, requisitions, orders, and

correspondence.

Processes documents and materials (e.g. purchase orders, warehouse orders,

vendor assignments, quotes, etc.) to disseminate information to
appropriate parties, follow up on incomplete or damaged orders, and/or
ensure the availability of supplies and equipment.

Maintain office files and records, including perpetual inventory for

stock.

Communicates with other management staff, School personnel, vendors, and

contractors to fulfill school needs.

General bookkeeping functions: deposits, pay bills, etc.
Display/order proper inventory according to demand/season.
Prepares and enters student billing on a computerized system.
