HR Associate (UAE National)

• Complete oversight of administering the pension plan for UAE National employees, covering the entire end-to-end cycle.
• Strategizing and executing Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Undertaking PA duties, including diary management, material preparation, and crafting internal communications.
• Familiarity with the UAE Pension Law.
• Personable individual capable of handling confidential information, with the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly.

• One to two years' experience of office administrative and/or providing UAE pension duties whilst working in the government sector, or a national or international organisation.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be advantageous
