The Project ControlManager will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to optimizeproject performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning:

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project

plans, outlining schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.

Ensure that project plans align with organizational goals and client expectations.

2. Budget Management:

Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify potential cost overruns.

Collaborate with finance and project management teams to optimize budget utilization.

3. Resource Allocation:

Work closely with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, considering project

requirements and timelines.

Ensure that the project teams have the necessary resources to meet project objectives.

4. Schedule Monitoring:

Implement robust schedule monitoring mechanisms to track project progress against established

timelines.

Identify and address any deviations from the project schedule promptly.

5. Risk Management:

Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Regularly assess project risks and update risk management plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project control or project management roles, preferably in

the water treatment or related industry.

Proven experience in successfully managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
