- Perform Medical Records Audits to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and organizational
- Identify Errors or Deficiencies to improve the documentation. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the deficiencies are reduced
- Provide contiguous education to staff on medical records documentation
- Prepare reports, and statistics regularly on KPIs related to the medical records department/function
- Provide suggestions to improve the medical records management in the organization.
