- Prepare reports on the activities and tasks entrusted to him per the reporting system adopted by the Authority and submit them to the direct supervisor
- Prepare periodic performance reports to the direct supervisor about the actual achievement compared to the planned, also the obstacles facing his work
- Organize and save the information, data and documents necessary to make decisions that fall within the field of the job in a way that is easy to refer to
- Monitor the achievement of the established objectives, standards and performance indicators adopted by follow-up, analysis of periodic reports and take appropriate decisions to avoid or compensate for error or omission
- Support subordinates and provide guidance and guidance that helps them to carry out their work with the required efficiency
- Identify the recruitment and training needs of the administrative unit based on the current and future work requirements and procedures adopted by the Authority
- Prepare the approved annual evaluation of subordinates per the scheduled dates with the statement of the necessary recommendations and calculate the performance evaluation system applied in the Authority
- Identify the challenges and obstacles that are faced at work and inform the direct responsible for them.
- Communicate with the Authority's employees and provide them with the required information within the framework of work, regulations and laws in force.
- Adherence to the application of the conditions, policies and procedures of the environment, health and safety in work and the standards of institutional excellence and quality adopted locally and internationally adopted by the senior management in the Authority.
- Supervise the preparation of policies and procedures related to the activities carried out by him and propose future amendments so that they are in line with the laws in force in the Authority when amended.
- Continuous coordination with other administrative units regarding work-related tasks to achieve the expected main objectives.
- Develop operational plans, including the financial budget of the administrative unit, to translate the strategic plan and reflect it on the Authority's plans.
- Continuous follow-up and ensure that all subordinates adhere to the work regulations and rules and methods of the job adopted in the Authority.
