- Administer the company’s performance system by working with Line Managers and their subordinates to set individual scorecard targets and KPIs and ensure completion of performance evaluations.
- Review and update job descriptions across the organization, upon directions from the job evaluation committee.
- Update a technical and behavioral competency guide for the company.
- Follow up on implementation of career progression paths for horizontal, vertical, and diagonal job movements within job families.
- Manage the succession planning framework in the company, assess the importance of both existing and new roles, by coordinating with related team to establish succession plans for identified successors.
- Conduct employee engagement and happiness surveys to gather their feedback to address specific areas of improvement and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Conduct a learning needs analysis and search for programs that align with departmental development goals and individual development plans.
- Support the preparation of the Learning budget across the company.
- Identify competent Learning and development providers who can effectively deliver programs as per the identified needs.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal departments and external entities, including learning and development service providers, adhering to the highest standards of business ethics.
- Run competency assessments for new positions, hires, and promotions.
- Providing induction training for all new employees, and administer individual development initiatives including the company’s mentorship, coaching, leadership programs.
- Review and update the training details, reports internally and in other related portals.
- Organizing and filing the employees’ papers in their physical files.
- Verifying employees benefit through benefit declaration project/ process.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong track record of successful project execution and strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Change Management experience
- Ability to understand a high-level issue and conduct root cause analysis to understand issues.
