Customer Service RepresentativeJob Location : UAERequirements :
  • 6 - 18 months of work experience in working in a call center environment, speaking directly with customers on the via live chat
  • Must be able to type 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Academic background: 12th or bachelor's Business Administration or relevant course
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, including writing spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Knowledge of cricket and international sports is a plus
