Create opportunity - for our people to excel.You’ll be responsible for:Advises on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.Manages planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.Oversees planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies.Influences complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.Ability to communicate effectively with client/s , project team and stakeholders.Creates plans and analyses trends using numerical and statistical techniques.Supports senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence & other business development.Leads the planning team and provides leadership and direction through managers/team.Inspires and empower individuals within their portfolio to deliver high quality standards and outputs.Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.Provides performance management, technical & career development, and coaching.Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.You’ll need to have:Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with client/s and other project stakeholders (internal and external).Manage and resolve any actual or potential conflicts with the Client or project stakeholders.Expert knowledge of schedule management tools & software.Mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule. management systems & procedures.Able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.You’ll also have:Degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Construction, Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines.Working towards Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).Relevant CSCS Card.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
