- Showcase properties and provide accurate information about the real estate market, property value and investment and opportunities in the UAE.
- Understand clients needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property pricing and recommend adjustments.
- Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Set and achieve sales target within specified timelines.
- Prepare and review contracts, leases and other legal documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through out the buying and selling process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field(preferred).
