- Administering Servers and Vitural Machines Servers, Network Systems, Telephone Avaya, CCTV Systems and NAS (FileServer and Cloud).
- Manages and troubleshooting Website Domain issues.
- Monitor and manages all subscriptions related to IT needs
- Monitoring and maintaining Hosting & Email System and resolves email user problems.
- Implementing and oversees a storage and backup management schedule.
- Responsible for Face ID and Biometrics Door Access management.
- Checking on all IT hardware peripherals that need to be upgraded and/or replaced to avoid total breakdown.
- Full desktop end-user support on all IT scope.
- Implementation and responsible for Home Automation (Lights, Audio, Cinema, Door/Water Sensors, and A/C).
