- Oversee campaign management across multiple accounts and brands.
- Handle the implementation, scheduling, and rotation of ads within online advertising and social media campaigns.
- Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance.
- Measure and optimise campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, GA4, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.
- You will be the initial point of contact for troubleshooting issues; Managing and resolving issues as they arise, such as discrepancies between reporting systems.
- Liaison with clients and agencies for tracking, campaign setup, deliverables, and maintenance communications.
- Troubleshoot creative issues and monitor under/over delivery issues.
- QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags. Test ad creatives to ensure they comply with individual site specifications.
- Stay current on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising space and apply that knowledge to recommend or build new processes that support changing industry needs.
- Create and maintain digital operations processes, recommend updates and efficiencies. Educate teams, schedules check-ins for ongoing maintenance, and help ensure adoption.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss campaign setup (i.e., KPI goals), execution, QA, troubleshooting, and optimisation success.
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
- Target and KPI obsessed.

- Five years of executing or supporting growth/acquisition digital marketing campaigns in an Ad Operations role or ad publishing and campaign management.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- High level of proficiency with DFP and other ad ops core technologies.
- Experience using GA4, Meta, Zoho, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities and an exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills.
- Multitasking with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Solid understanding of digital ad space and publisher media buying.
- Ability to research and implement monetization strategies.
- Implement ad ops tools to address workflow inefficiencies, improve testing, maintain inventories, and automate ad scheduling.
- Identify advertising opportunities and revenue models to control ad spend by observing emerging trends and competitive analysis.
