: Management of all types of Static Equipment compressors, turbines, pumps and motors, including strong knowledge of mechanical seals and seal systems. • Be part of a multi-disciplined maintenance support team, reviewing existing maintenance procedures and determining I putting in place future recommendations. • Provide day to day static equipment support and advice to the maintenance teams. • Plan preventative maintenance work and feed into the 5 yearly integrated planning system. • Provide specialist support with regards to inspection, fault analysis and improved maintenance strategies for static equipment. • Take the lead in condition monitoring report analysis to identify potential equipment failure and improvement opportunities. • Optimise the delivery of rotating equipment outages and work packs for the Asset. • Review I recommend and implement health care packages for static equipment and implement where applicable. • Provide discipline input for any proposed engineering modifications. • Training and development of Nationals, Emiratisation Plan which involves shadowing or on the job training for certain designated positions. • Supervisor with experience mentoring junior engineers. • Leads participation in Vendor Pre-Qualification, FAT / SAT etc. • Analyse static equipment history data in terms of failure analysis and spare parts consumption and inject the experience to selection of equipment's during project execution. • Assist in formulating in house Engineering development and training program based on lesson learnt or site installation problems or difficulties.
