- Manage and coordinate everything related to sectors and domain onboarding
- Define sector onboarding plan including all involved stakeholders such as sector, professional services providers, technology providers and Data team
- Resolve any issues or risks related to the sector onboarding execution effort
- Define quality assurance checklist on delivery of the sector onboarding program in alignment with company standards, requirements and specifications
- Oversee the maintenance of a library of knowledge assets related to sector onboarding efforts that are typically generated from the execution of these programs
- Identify lessons learned and maintain as part of the knowledge base of the company based on the efforts
- Acts as the point of contact and subject matter expert on matters relating to data sector onboarding
- Manage, coach, and mentor team members while providing specific, timely, and constructive performance feedback
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in leadership roles in the data sector
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Data Science, Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with the data platforms and tools
- Prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management is preferred
- Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills
