- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in the metal manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and quality investigations.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, API Q1).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the UAE and legally eligible to work.
