In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales and leasing sales targets, maintaining the finest quality of sales staffs’ interactions with customers, compliance with the defined policies and procedures by all sales staff and P&L of Sales Department. You will be accountable for assisting in the establishment of customer value proposition with clear and well-thought-out brand positioning to tap maximum volume of potential customers, defining product pricing strategy in alignment with the value proposition, analysing current and historic sales trends to generate precise sales forecasts. You will be establishing current period sales budgets and assessing revenues, variable costs, overheads, fixed costs, profitability and sales goals and targets., determining sales resourcing, allocation and establishing effective incentive plans linked to sales targets and directing and managing potential leads’ and opportunities generation process and maintaining accurate and complete information.
