Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and other inquiries
Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system
Provide proactive support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve processes
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork and collaborationRequirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
