Executive AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :
  • Maintain CEO's daily, weekly and monthly calendar.
  • Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Coordinate any travel and accommodation requirements of the CEO.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Manage CEO's front office (managing visitor traffic and telephone calls).
  • Provide assistance in sending out any correspondence/communications from CEO to others as may be requested by the CEO. (meeting invites, announcements etc.).
  • Prepare any presentations; excel sheets as may be requested by the CEO.
  • Coordinate with Facility Manager for purchase of any office furniture/equipment for CEO's office.
  • Manage booking of the conference room.
  • Handling of petty cash, day to day purchase of various items as per requirement
  • Undertake any ad hoc or project work as may be assigned by the CEO
