Assistant Accountant

• Maintain spreadsheets as well as specific excel files
• Assist in filing and maintaining proper books of account
• Reconcile finance accounts
• Prepare statutory accounts as directed
• Assist in processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
• Manage petty cash transactions
• Perform any other related tasks as may be required

• The applicant must have an Accounting Degree or its equivalent
• At least 1+ years of experience in the accounting field
• Must be able to work with relevant computer programs
• Ability to meet work deadlines
• Must be familiar with the accounting software packages
• Any nationality can apply
