- Oversees, plan and maintain the Shared Government Solutions Strategy and plans with full alignment with Company’s strategy and with consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the development of the strategic objectives, targets, and priorities in alignment with Company’s strategy, and with consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee & contribute in the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and goals with collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a roadmap and plan for the shared government solutions programs in alignment with Company’s strategy with collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee and provide advisory for the planned and existing programs, projects, operations across the sector in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
- Champion the efforts for identifying shared technology platforms, solutions, and operations with innovation and consolidation to realize additional synergies across Abu Dhabi government.
- Collect and analyze key sector’s inputs and reports and provide advisory feedback from and for all sections at the shared government solutions sector.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices related to shared government solutions new and existing programs, projects, operation across the sector.
- Perform and contributing to assigned tasks by management.
- Work on continuous improvement framework to Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
- Drive strategic alignment between the Sector Departments to ensure synergies and strategic value realization
- Provide advisory inputs on the strategy and guide the introduction of new initiatives and projects
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to building their capabilities
- Perform any other functional duties or activities as assigned by the line manager
- Manage and monitor operations in line with the Sector/Departments governance framework, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with risk management and organizational Pioneering guidelines.
- Contribute on preparing required reports as per the reporting requirements internally and externally where applicable
- Search and identify innovative ideas and opportunities to overcome challenges and enhance activities based on functional requirements.
- Drive and oversee change management initiatives within the department/sector
- Deliberate and push the adoption of innovative ideas and solutions to overcome
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve capabilities and technical skills related to the section’s functional requirements.
- BSc. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related Information Technology degree.
- Strong numeracy and good statistical skills
- Technical certificate/degree in analytics and insights, strategy, business administration, government administration
- Analytical and keen attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance
- Proven experience as Business/ IT Consultant
- Experience in project management
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Strong consulting skills, e.g., solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management, prioritizing, communication, and stakeholder management
