Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? We are currently seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist.Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests and potential guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications to guest bookings using the hotel's reservation system
Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and ensure that all guest areas are well-presented
Assist guests with special requests and accommodations, such as arranging transportation or making restaurant reservations
Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaintsRequirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computer software and hotel reservation systems
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in additional languages (optional but advantageous)Benefits:
