- Partner with the Home Operation Manager to execute tasks flawlessly.
- Champion the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Analyze operational costs, adhere to budgets, and report on financial performance.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational procedures to ensure excellence.
- Identify business opportunities in collaboration with the Bid Department.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Optimize cleaning programs, equipment, chemicals, and supplier relationships.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, training initiatives, and performance assessments.Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the Facility Management industry, with a focus on soft services.
- Proven expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair within large commercial settings.
- A solid grasp of Workplace Health & Safety practices.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with professional certifications, such as BICS.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards including BICSc, COSHH, ISO, HACCP, ESTIDAMA, APPA, and LEED.Benefits
