Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Maintain and update administrative databases, records, and filing systems.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and processing employment documentation.
Assist with payroll processing, employee attendance tracking, and HR-related tasks.
Monitor office expenses and budget, and assist in cost control measures.
Support other departments or team members with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
