Telesales Representative

Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our services and explain their benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections they may have.
Follow up with customers to close sales, process orders, and finalize transactions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a regular basis.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.Requirements:Previous experience in Tele sales or a similar sales role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident phone manner.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
