- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the same industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and win new business.
