Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise according to company standards
Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
Prepare and process shipments for delivery to customers and other stores
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues with shipments or orders
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Proficiency with computerized inventory management systems
