- Ensure allocated sales, telemarketing, and prospect targets are achieved
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
- Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services
- Alert the sales staff to opportunities for additional sales with key clients
- Inform customers about the different products that the organization offers
- Achieve client relationship targets and KPI's established by the Head of Sales
- Collaborate directly with Account Managers and Sales Administration
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as reported by the clients
- Update CRM and ensure account managers are aware of developments within the clients
- Liaise with the internal departments to ensure client demands are fulfilled effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the real estate, developer, mortgage, life insurance, and timeshare industries
- Experience managing direct sales, agents or brokers is preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Multi-lingual is preferable but not essential (Russian, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Turkish etc)
