Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities :
  • Ensure allocated sales, telemarketing, and prospect targets are achieved
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services
  • Alert the sales staff to opportunities for additional sales with key clients
  • Inform customers about the different products that the organization offers
  • Achieve client relationship targets and KPI's established by the Head of Sales
  • Collaborate directly with Account Managers and Sales Administration
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as reported by the clients
  • Update CRM and ensure account managers are aware of developments within the clients
  • Liaise with the internal departments to ensure client demands are fulfilled effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the real estate, developer, mortgage, life insurance, and timeshare industries
  • Experience managing direct sales, agents or brokers is preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
  • Multi-lingual is preferable but not essential (Russian, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Turkish etc)
