Accounts Payable Executive

• Process accounts payable transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments promptly.
• Collaborate with internal seniors/stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Maintain vendor records, perform vendor statement reconciliations, and address any vendor inquiries.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Provide support for audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
