  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the building materials industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, high-profile networks, and government entities.
  • Travel within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of the precast industry to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to address client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback to the management team.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, with a focus on precast products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Open to frequent travel within UAE/KSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network of contacts within high-profile networks and government entities.
  • Technical understanding of the precast industry.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Emiratis/Saudi Nationals only.
