- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the building materials industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, high-profile networks, and government entities.
- Travel within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Utilize technical knowledge of the precast industry to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to address client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, with a focus on precast products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Open to frequent travel within UAE/KSA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network of contacts within high-profile networks and government entities.
- Technical understanding of the precast industry.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
