- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all time. Make- up is a requirement for female therapists & hair up as per the standard.
- To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Welcome Guests, greet Guests and Members, explain and upsell the facilities, products and services available. Be proactive and ascertain individual needs. Give tours of the Spa, as required.
- Answers all telephone communication within three rings while observing standards, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.
- Schedule reservations of Spa and salon services and coordinate team members’s schedule to ensure prompt service.
- Ensure Guest / Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spa’s first priority.
- Assist with administration duties: filing, products supply inventory, updating Guest’s profile and other required to support management and operations.
- Provide accurate information about facilities in person and via telephone.
- To report all problems or complaints related to the Spa. Communicate via logbook, daily briefings, and staff meetings, depending upon urgency.
- To liaise with all related departments such as confirm reservations, process engineering requests and maintain cleanliness. Record in appropriate logbook any guest requests, complaints or engineering requests.
- To understand all current activities and promotions within the Anantara Spa and the Hotel.
- Maintain daily operations including opening, operating and closing procedures. Consistently fill in the reception and reservation checklists.
- Participate in any scheduled training programs and attend the internal Spa meetings.
- Control entry into all areas by restricting all unauthorized individuals.
- Collect money or other suitable payment from guests for all services and products rendered.
- Operate Spa’s operating system (Spa Booker)
- Perform clerical duties.
- Maintain office files and records.
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
- Luxury hotel experience is a must
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player and great communication skills
