One of our esteemed clients from the Big4 Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager - Workforce Transformation to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Job Overview:Within People and Organization Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help their clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. With focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Responsibilities:
  • Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team
  • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels * Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even beforethe stakeholder realises they are required
  • Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism
  • Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
  • Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements
  • Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Qualifications:
  • 10 - 12 years of relevant experience of working on human capital problems
within a consulting environment, ideally with one of the Big 4 firms, a HR consultancy or a global strategy house, or in a challenging in-house role * Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proven IT skills in the following programs excel, word, and PowerPoint
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictate
  • Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable
  • Ability to evaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order to ensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
  • The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role CIPD, GPHR, SHRM or equivalent is preferred
