Engineering Document Controller

- Reviewing, verify and complete electronic filing of on and offshore Engineering related documents but not limited to the following in line with department procedures:
- Issue onshore job cards and checklist as required to support onshore tasks.
- Completed job cards updates within Navision and file soft copies accordingly.
- Completed Action Request’s updates within Navision and file soft copies accordingly
- Weekly/Monthly Checklists
- Asset Data Sheet updating
- Hose Register updating
- Assist Engineering Asset Controller and Engineering Coordinator as required to support business requirements.
- Assist and Support Data Migration as required to support business requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant discipline (E)
- Certification in administration related courses (P)
- Minimum of 3 years previous work experience in similar or administration role (E) and 1-2 years previous work experience in oil and gas sector (P)
- Demonstrate proven experience in Microsoft Office package (E)
- Previous experience in the offshore projects including knowledge of terminology used (P)
- Proven experience in document controlling & administration process, organising own work effectively and setting priorities in order to meet competing deadlines (E)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (E)
- Exceptional administrative skills and highly organised (E)
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask (E)
- Competent in developing and applying defined systems of work (E)
- Experience of creating and developing working practices and/or procedures (P)
