:JOB PURPOSE:Lead, plan, control Engineering Services Team within functional discipline of Engineering Design, Survey & Cartography, Engineering Records & Reprography and Geographical Information System to provide engineering services within Company, ADNOC group of companies and Shareholders.Technical Authority for all Offshore and Onshore survey activities in the company. Review and approve all Engineering Design work insuring compliance of Company, international and safety standards.Job Specific Accountabilities Provide engineering services support in the field of engineering design, survey & cartography and maintaining engineering and technical documentation. Maintain all Company’s Engineering Documents & Drawings and provide access to end users Onshore, Offshore and Abu Dhabi. Manage, execute and deliver as built schemes to update data for the company’s offshore operational areas. Develop and endorse Company’s Engineering Design Standards and code of Practices. Develop and endorse Company’s Survey Standards and code of Practices. Approve authority for Engineering Design and Survey for new and existing project. Authorize deviations from standard practices on Engineering Design, Survey and Documentation issues. Manage and maintain fully computerized PDMS, GIS, Reprography and Cartography systems and continuously update with the latest technology. Ensure standards, codes of practice and specification related to design, survey and documentation are consistently applied. Resolve Contractor’s technical queries related to engineering design, survey work and documentation. Provide expertise and support to Project Divisions by reviewing and approving key document / deliverables throughout VAP life cycle stages. Maintain the technical adequacy, completeness and quality of all Engineering Design, Survey and Cartographic deliverables within schedule. Maintain and manage technical documents, drawings, maps and reports for all existing and new projects. Ensure the development and management of the Engineering Services Team schedule of product deliveries working with Assets, Departmental and Shareholders entities to set priority against available resources and budgetsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum QualificationBachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills10 years of experience in Mechanical Instrument Electrical maintenance and other relevant engineeringdisciplines including at least 3 years in professional engineering and supervisory role.
