- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, property listing and digital marketing
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends and market conditions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property showings, negotiations, and contract signings
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as attorneys and mortgage lenders, to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on industry developments and expand professional network
- Minimum of 3-6 months experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- Active Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in relevant software applications such as CRM systems and MLS databases
- This is a salary + commission based position with flexible working hours.
- Salary continues past probation with proven results.
- Work may involve evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
- Travel may be required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
