- Screen and handle disbursement accounts (FDA's) on behalf of the group. This involves checking received invoices against the tariff and making sure charges are correct.
- Coordinate together with operations team to make sure no cost is left out.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up with our offices to ensure quick turnaround of files to accounts team.
