: Supervise Instrument Engineering Input to the development of Operation, Maintenance and Integrity Philosophies (OMI) of the projects. Reviews / comments and approves new projects design / construction packages prepared by Project Divisions and coordinates and compiles comments of other discipline engineers in Production Business Unit for Electrical lead packages to ensure meeting operational objectives. Provide technical expertise in HAZOP / HAZID / SAFOP studies for electrical network and Electrical & Instrument System audit. Provide day to day Instrument Engineering support and advice to the maintenance teams. Acts as technical authority / custodian for the entire Instruments Installations / equipment and systems, Standardisation and pre-qualification of OEM / equipment manufactures. Analyse Instrument Equipment history data in terms of failure Analysis and spare parts consumption and inject the experience to selection of equipment’s during project execution. Take the lead in condition monitoring report analysis to identify potential equipment failure and improvement opportunities. Optimise the delivery of Instrument Engineering and work packs for the asset. Assist in preparing Start up and commissioning procedures for Instrument systems. Assist in formulating in house Engineering development and training program based on lesson learnt or site installation problems or difficulties.
