:JOB PURPOSE:Work under the guidance of Chief Investor Relations Officer to collaborate with the investor relations team, prepare and manage release of specific material and appropriate content including earnings and press releases, annual reports, presentations, brochures etc. for investors and shareholders, external news agencies, media houses etc.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Investor Relations Management Develop press materials, regulatory filings and relevant types of content including earnings and press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, communications plans, messaging documents, talking points, speeches, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and others in collaboration with the Investor Relations department. Ensure that investor relations press release and publications are consistent with the client communication guidelines and all content promoted in different channels i.e. internal, external. Support the release of information to external news agencies, handling media inquiries and media interviews related to investor relations activities.  Support translation of English content to Arabic and vice versa as per approved guidelines and standards. Work with agency partners on a number of projects related with developing investor relations update, presentation and other materials (annual reports, corporate governance reports, ESG reports etc.). Foster existing and develop new relationships with key media, and influencers to ensure the client receives appropriate coverage. Develop other corporate communication and media content as required e.g. press release/presentations incorporating key messages for Investors, Customers or other stakeholders on business initiatives (like launch of new product, service, campaign etc.)Crisis ManagementDuring times of crisis (financial or otherwise) work with the Investor Relations Department Manager to prepare communication with a goal to preserve the company’s relationship and reputation with its shareholders/investors, as well as to mitigate any adverse reaction to share price.Investor Meet Management Support investor relations team in organizing investor events by helping in design, reviewing & printing of messaging, contents, hoardings, brochures & presentation and ensure that they are consistent with corporate branding P&P. Support event and investor relations team in organizing other investor relations events by ensuring consistent messaging, themes in line with the client communication guidelines.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing, or Advertising from a recognized universityMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 5-6 years of experience in financial communication, digital and social media marketing and advertising etc. Experience in Oil and Gas, Retail industry will be preferable.
