:JOB PURPOSE: Manage and design the development of new Machine Learning services/solutions requested by different line of Businesses in the client's company by translating those requirements to the necessary data structures. Monitor development activities by managing a group of vendors.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific AccountabilitiesData Analysis, Business Intelligence and Machine Learning Build rapport with key stakeholders, gain a strong understanding of the business requirements and business goals to help create opportunities for data-driven decisions Design and Build Machine Learning Algorithms covering all different logics of Supervised and unsupervised Machine and neural networks. Demonstrate the ability to provide in-depth analysis of database management systems (Oracle/SQL Server) and ETL processes, and data warehouse design principles Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies, and acquire new skills to increase abilities in data delivery and knowledge Participate in solution architecture and design to meet business objectives while evolving our next generation data platform Create and maintain ETL specifications and process documentation to produce the required deliverables (i.e. data profiling, source to target maps, ETL flows). Analyze data from multiple systems of record and apply that knowledge during data design and modelling Translate business needs to technical specifications Design, build and deploy Machine Learning solutions (e.g. reporting tools) Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Micro-Strategy) Ensure conducting unit testing and troubleshooting Collaborate with teams to integrate systems for effective ML Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses Create visualizations and reports for requested projects Develop and update technical documentation Defines logical and physical data models.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or StatisticsMinimum Experience & Knowledge & SkillsProven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist Proven experience of AI/machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc. 7+ years’ experience with business analytics, ETL, Data Warehouse applications Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining Relevant industry experience in O&G Retail is an advantage Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) Knowledge of SQL queries, Oracle Data warehouse, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Experience with data visualization tools. Great project management skills and the ability to bring the abstract into focus.Professional Certifications Relevant certifications and trainings in AI/MLfrom SAS, Oracle, Cloudera, Microsoft, IBM, Dell etc is a plus
