- Craft compelling job descriptions and ads for open positions.
- Build and manage a strong pool of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications for fit and cultural alignment.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
- Administer skills and ability assessments.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and provide feedback.
- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates.
- Cultivate positive candidate relationships and potential talent pool.
- Keep candidate records updated in ATS.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and strategies.
- Attend events to expand talent pool and stay informed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Document recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with setting up and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
