You will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the branch's operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Record and reconcile all financial transactions related to automotive sales, service, parts, and accessories.
Verify and post transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding and documentation.
Monitor receivables and payables, and process invoices and payments in a timely manner
Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure accuracy.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, reviewing contracts and negotiating terms when necessary.
Monitor and analyze branch expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and variances.
