- Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them promptly.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference arrangements.
- Handle travel arrangements for business trips.
- Issue gate passes for staff as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Follow up with clients, government departments.
- Coordinate with Printer Company for printer issues and requirements.
- Arrange courier services for document shipments as per instructions.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with non-Arabic speakers.
- Assist clients and visitors, providing necessary information.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service consistently.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents as required.
- Download and print SEWA and Etisalat bills monthly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with translation companies for project requirements.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Gulf region is advantageous
