Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering services and event planning
Assist clients with menu selection, venue coordination, and event logistics
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering services
Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and invoices for clients
Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution of events
Communicate client preferences and special requests to kitchen and serving staff
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during eventsRequirements:
Previous experience in event planning, catering coordination, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and event planning software
