- Work closely with senior executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Maintain the calendar for the senior executives, schedule appointments and organise meetings ensuring that time is managed efficiently and effectively, and appointments are appropriately prioritised
- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Develop intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision under the authority and task delegation.
- Co-ordinate leadership team meetings and committees, liaising with members to prepare the agenda, presentations and completion of actions
- Manage incoming communication, issues and concerns for the senior executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Review and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Liaise with governmental bodies to facilitate the communication with the CEO's office and ensure accurate translation from Arabic into English of official letters/circulars to pass on the message in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review tactical and operational plans, procedures, and systems, in compliance with the organization's strategic goals, policies, procedures, budgets, deadlines, and other related requirements.
- Manage projects for the direct report and assist with the preparation of presentation materials and assemble information as required for reports, briefings documents etc.
- Assist the CEO in event assessment, registration and liaise with the Organizers for logistical matters.
- Act as a Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by senior executives, committees and boards of directors
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of and from the direction of the senior executives.
- Make travel and other personal arrangements on behalf of the senior executives when required
- Maintain filing systems so that all information and data is accounted for and easily accessible
- Attend meetings as requested, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Provide trainings and supervision to executive assistants as and when required
- Deliver additional tasks that may be delegated from the senior executives.
- Contribute in the preparation of the Authority's budget and ensure that some expenditures are well covered.
- Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant for a senior leader
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing a wide range of activities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work confidentially and exercise good judgement
- Proficient IT skills
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Fluent in business English
- Previous experience in the UAE and in the Financial Services Industry
- Proficient in Arabic or other language(s)
