- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or Employer branding
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist (at least 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software and analytics platforms
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visual Studio, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Knowledge of English (Arabic will be a plus)
- Managing the company's marketing strategy in the region
- Planning and implementation of local market awareness, account-based marketing, lead generation and customer marketing initiatives
- Organizing and management of several internal and external events for different industries
- Creating different types of marketing materials for the promotion of our diverse product portfolios: white papers, articles, testimonial videos, press releases
- Managing relationships with international and local press specialized in different industries
- Cooperation with local influencers and advertising agencies
