Research Scientist in the Division of Engineering Electrical & Computer EngineeringEmployer Location Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Closing date 18 May 2024View moreAcademic Discipline , , Job Type , Contract Type HoursSave job - Click to add the job to your shortlistYou need to or to save a job.DescriptionThe Division of Engineering at New York University Abu Dhabi, is seeking a motivated research scientist to work under the supervision of Prof. Marwa Chafii on the physical layer design of Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) for 6G systems.Applicants must hold a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, and have a minimum of than 5 years of postdoctoral experience. The position requires strong expertise in communication theory, signal processing, and optimization theory. A proven track record of publications in relevant IEEE journals and conferences is required. Excellent communication skills in English, ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, scientific creativity and innovative thinking are essential.The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment comprising PhD-level scientists, graduate students and undergraduate students.Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and candidates will be considered until the position is filled.
