– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting.
– Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including monitoring and analyzing financial performance against budgetary targets.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
– Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
– Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and banking relationships.
– Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
– Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
– Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
– Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
– In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
