Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
Set sales targets and performance objectives for the sales team, monitoring progress and providing feedback and support.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new products or services and create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Requirements:Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
