We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our team as a concierge. The concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for guests/residents and will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met during their stay/residence.Responsibilities:
Greet guests/residents warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other amenities
Arrange transportation, dining reservations, entertainment tickets, and other guest/resident requests
Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, receiving packages, and processing mail
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest/resident experiencesRequirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of local attractions and services
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
