- Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of landscape architecture projects from inception to completion.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts that integrate site analysis, client requirements, environmental considerations, and cultural context.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape design seamlessly into larger development projects.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the execution of landscape construction activities.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and surveys to evaluate existing conditions and identify opportunities for landscape enhancement.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations to communicate design intent and obtain client approvals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development within the landscape architecture discipline.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture, sustainability, and urban design.
- Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote our expertise and capabilities in landscape architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects in the Middle East region.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices, with demonstrated leadership abilities in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in landscape design software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS applications.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards, with experience in applying LEED or Estidama criteria preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards governing landscape architecture projects in the Middle East.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required.
