:Plans and manages the operations of Offsite activities, including storage tanks andblending facilities related to the following systems; Butane and LPG, Naphtha,MTBE, Gasoline, Propylene, Kerosene, Gas Oil, Bunker Fuel, AtmosphericResidue, Condensate and Crude, Operations of Flares, Flare Gas RecoverySystems, Waste Water Treatment Plants and the Marine Terminal. Manages theUtilities operations such as steam generation, desalination plants, sea water intake,and other utilities plants, utilizing technical and problem solving skills along withspecialized engineering knowledge and expertise to ensure an uninterrupted supplyof feed to all process units and dispatch to clients. Manages and directs the IRP-I,IRP-II and new refinery to ensure smooth functioning of the division.
